Big Fish Tour - Half Day

If you love a little bit of adventure, then our Big Fish Tour is the one for you.  Come and join one of our experienced guides and try your luck at landing some of the Pilbara regions biggest fish.

Our Big Fish Tours run every Wednesday and Sunday during the season and are limited to a maximum of 5 guests per tour.  This unforgettable fishing experience includes bus transport to site, fishing gear, catering and beverages.

Thanks to our partnership with Dampier Salt Ltd, the Big Fish Tour is conducted on wetland environments not accessible to the general public.  To ensure future populations and a thriving marine environment, fishing is based on sustainable methods of Catch and Release.

WHAT YOU WILL SEE

We will head to some fantastic fishing spots about 1/2 hour drive from Port Hedland and cast a few lines in.  We are equipped to fish for most of the regions biggest catches, including Barramundi, Golden Trevalley and Rankin Cod.

In between casts, we will also talk about the sustainability of local fishing and the role the fishing industry plays in Australia’s North-West.

TOUR INCLUSIONS

Our Big Fish Tours are all-inclusive from the moment we pick you up until the moment we return to Port Hedland.  Bus Transport to site, fishing gear, morning tea, lunch, hot and cold beverages are all supplied as part of our fishing packages.

WHAT TO BRING

Long sleeve shirt, closed in shoes, hat, safety glasses (can be purchased if required) and sunscreen.
